Shipping
- Delivery within Ibadan/Oyo State: 1–2 working days.
- Delivery to other states in Nigeria: 3–7 working days via our courier partners.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight/value; [confirm whether a free-shipping threshold applies, e.g., orders above ₦50,000].
- Kartello currently ships within Nigeria only. International shipping is under review. see recommendation below.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
- To initiate a return, contact us via [WhatsApp/phone/email] with your order number; approved returns will be scheduled for pickup or drop-off as advised.
- Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a Kartello error (wrong or defective item).
