Orders are processed within 24–48 hours for orders within Ibadan/lagos of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by SMS, or WhatsApp once your order leaves our facility, including a tracking or waybill reference where applicable.
Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 2:00pm] on a business day will be processed the next working day.
Made-to-order, personalised or corporate/bulk orders (see Section 2 — Corporate Gifts & Souvenirs) may require an extended dispatch window; the exact timeline will be communicated at the point of order.
In the event of a delay (stock, courier or address-verification issue), Kartello will proactively notify the customer with a revised dispatch estimate.
